1. Commercial Engagement
All quotations, sampling commitments, and production agreements issued by GlobalStitch are governed by specific commercial Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), and Letters of Credit (LC) mutually executed between the buyer and GlobalStitch or designated partner factories.
2. B2B Portfolio & Catalog Representation
Product specifications, fabric compositions, and reference images presented on this website serve as commercial capability demonstrations. Final production garments are crafted to individual brand specifications, approved tech-packs, and sealed golden samples.
3. Quality Inspections & AQL Standards
Shipments are inspected according to ISO 2859-1 (AQL 1.5/2.5) unless an alternative protocol is formally agreed upon in the commercial sales contract.
