Quality Assurance & Compliance
We enforce rigorous quality inspections and social compliance audits across every production tier, ensuring flawless garment construction and verified ethical manufacturing.
The 5-Stage Quality Inspection Framework
How GlobalStitch prevents defects before bulk packaging.
1. Raw Material Inspection (Fabric & Trims)
All greige and dyed fabrics undergo standard 4-Point System inspections. We test for color fastness, GSM deviation (±3%), dimensional stability after wash, and pilling resistance before release to the cutting floor.
2. Pre-Production (PP) Meeting & Pilot Run
Before bulk fabric cutting commences, a multidisciplinary PP meeting aligns factory production managers, pattern makers, line supervisors, and our QA engineers against the sealed buyer sample.
3. Initial & Daily Inline Sewing Audits
Our roaming inspectors audit lines every hour, verifying stitch density (SPI), seam tension, measurement tolerances according to approved grading charts, and aesthetic symmetry.
4. Metal Detection & Safety Protocol
100% of finished garments pass through calibrated 9-point metal detector conveyor tunnels. All broken sewing needle segments must be accounted for according to strict export safety logbooks.
5. Pre-Final & Final Random Inspection (FRI)
Conducted when 100% of the shipment is produced and at least 80% is packed in export master cartons. Statistical sampling is executed strictly following ISO 2859-1 / ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (AQL 1.5/2.5).
Digital Real-Time Inspection Reports
Our QA engineers deliver comprehensive photo inspection dossiers with defect categorizations (critical, major, minor) within 12 hours of audit completion.
